Real name: Patricia Ann Gantose née Zych

American vocalist.
Born: March 1940 in Missouri, USA. She was married to Russ Carlyle from 1970 until his death in 2011.
Clayton performed with the orchestra of Carlyle and then as a duo with him from the early 1960s to 1990. She joined his band in 1960, being discovered by Carlyle in St. Louis Missiouri. From 1972 to 1978, Carlye and Clayton performed as a duo for four months of the year at the Dunes Hotel in Las Vegas, then during the summer at Breezy Point, Minnesota and at Christmas time at the Petroleum Club in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
