Singer/songwriter from Miami, Florida, USA. Discovered by a local DJ while singing in a restaurant and was signed to Elektra/Asylum Records shortly thereafter.Wrote & performed the song "He's A Dream" for the 1983 film Flashdance, and has since composed original music for many movies and TV shows.
She currently lives in Eugene, Oregon, USA.
