Curt-Eric Holmqvist

Real name: Curt-Erik Gunnar Holmqvist

Curt-Eric Holmquist (born 20 June 1948, Gothenburg, Sweden – died 20 July 2021) was a Swedish pianist and conductor. He was the musical director for many television shows in the 1980s through to the 2000s, including the 1985 Eurovision Song Contest, held in Gothenburg. He conducted six Swedish Eurovision entries between 1984 and 1997, including the winning 'Diggi-loo, diggi-ley' by The Herrey's in 1984.
