Wilson “Lefty” Perkins is an American steel guitar player. “Lefty” came to Fort Worth from Denison, Texas, and “made the rounds” with various bands, including the Cowboy Ramblers, Universal Cowboys, Light Crust Doughboys and the Musical Brownies under Durwood Brown’s leadership.
