Henry Hayes
Saxophonist from Houston, TX. Born August 5, 1923. Raised in Dallas and played with the Leo Phillips Band. Attended Prarie View University and played in their stage band. Later moved to Houston to attend Texas Southern University. Started Kangaroo Records in 1959 with another musician, Mel Young
