General Belisario de Jesús García de la Garza was a Mexican military man who participated in the Mexican Revolution. He was born in Montemorelos, Nuevo León, on November 13, 1894. Died: August 31, 1952, Mexico City. Due to his great artistic gifts, he was deputy head of Military Music in the Mexican Republic and director of several music bands; He composed more than one hundred melodies, among which are Marcha A Monterrey, Tango Negro which was a success in Argentina, Las Cuatro Milpas which was inspired by the El Ranchito hacienda in Montemorelos Nuevo León, his native town, Morir Por Tu Amor which He was a hit in Germany, Ojos Verdes y La Mañana Está De Fiesta are some of his other famous compositions.
