Australian classically trained multi-instrumentalist , composer, producer and audio engineer. Bass guitar player in the fleeting 1990s Australian alt. rock band Scarymother. Dorian also holds other varied musical skills acquired before he surfaced playing bass in Scary Mother:
- 1984 A.Mus.A. (a high-level musical instrument qualification: Associate in Music Australia — trumpet).
- 1986 Bachelor of Music (a degree from the NSW State Conservatorium of Music).
- 1988 Associate Diploma in Jazz Studies (NSW State Conservatorium of Music).
- 1988 Winner of the Don Burrows scholarship award for Player of the Year.

Based in Melbourne, he's partnered to a woman who's the sister of a Boom Crash Opera band member. Dorian runs an audio company Sci-Sonic / Sci-Sonic Pty Ltd.
