Guerra, or Guerrinha, as he was known among friends and family and fellow musicians, was a retired professor at the University of Brasília (UnB), as well as the founder of the Quarteto de Brasília.Married with Ludmila Vinecka.
He passed away on January 13, 2019 of Cancer at age 76.
