Leocadio Rodríguez Machado was a Spanish journalist, playwright, poet, musician, composer and lyricist (Canarian folk) and radio host (he lived in Madrid where he worked at the Radio Nacional de España), from Islas Canarias (La Laguna, Tenerife, 31 Jul. 1922 - Torrevieja, Alicante, 2 Jul. 2009), uncle of Luisa Machado.
