The Griffith Harter Union were a band from Chicago, Illinois, USA that existed from around 1966/1967 to 1969. It consisted of , Stan "Stash" Czarnick: drums, Larry Costello on bass guitar, Randy Harter on rhythm guitar Garrick Peterson on lead vocals and Matthew (Steve) Warman on lead guitar.

During their time, they played all the major clubs throughout Chicago and its suburbs as well as a few gigs on the road. They also had a two week booking at the Aragon Ballroom backing up Baby Huey & the Babysitters.
