Track listing on tray card is incorrect.Tracks 1-4 were recorded in November of 1990 at Mixmasters Studios in San Diego, CA. Tracks 1, 2 and 4 were originally released Fall of 1991 as a 7"; Breathe by Scorch Records. Track 3 was originally released December of 1991 on the compilation Give Me Back by Ebullition Records.
Tracks 5-8 were recorded March of 1990 at Mixmasters Studios. Originally released June of 1990 as a 7" This Is Our Struggle by Vinyl Communications.
Tracks 9-11 were recorded in October of 1989 at Mixmasters Studio. Released November of 1989 as a demo tape by Amenity. Again released Spring of 1991 as a 7" Chula Vista by Battery Records. It was included with issue #5 of Boiling Point Fanzine. Track 10 was released Fall of 1990 on the compilation LP Voice Of Thousands by Conversion Records. Track 9b was originally released Spring of 1989 on the compilation LP They Don't Get Paid, They Don't Get Laid, But Boy Do They Work Hard! (A D.I.Y. Compilation) by Maximumrocknroll.
Tracks 12-14 were recorded in July of 1988 at Vinyl Communications Studio Chula Vista, CA. The songs were originally released on the infamous compilation tape 'Define Quality' by Vinyl Communications and later released on the compilation tape You Know It! Open Your Eyes Tape One by Open Your Eyes Fanzine & Tapes.
Tracks 15-19 were recorded in Spring of 1987 at Vinyl Communications Studios. Originally released June of 1987 as a 7" Amenity by Vinyl Communications.
Track 20 was recorded November 31 of 1990 at S.D.S.U.
Track 21 was recorded December of 1988 at Normal Heights Community Center San Diego, CA.
Track 22 (Song C) recorded Fall of 1993 from Walnut Creek, CA to Chula Vista, CA via AT&T. 'Young Till I Die' (featuring Tony Savala), 'Taken', and 'Glue'.
