Slim jewel case/j-card case.

Very similar pressings of 580 997-2 exist with only some minor textual differences on the artwork.

This European version can be identified by these features:-
a) A notice on distribution with the credit "Distribution Polydor/PolyGram" which is found on the insert flap and disc artwork. (The UK parallel pressing has no distribution credit.)
b) The distribution code PY 940 appears on the insert flap only. (On the UK pressing this also appears on the disc artwork.)
c) The inside face of the insert has an extra paragraph of writing credits and publishing rights. (This is missing from the UK version.)
d) There is one reference to the licensees for the UK (on right side of disc art) and the licensees are named as "A&M Records Ltd" (On the UK version, the UK licensees are actually credited in three places and are named as "A&M Records Ltd, London".)
