CD is packaged in a standard plastic black-tray jewel case and includes a 12-page booklet containing notes in English, German, French, and Italian.
NOTE: The back inlay correctly identifies the Cover Illustration as "Train Smoke" (1900) by Edvard Munch. On page 9 of the booklet, a Credits page, the Cover Illustration is again identified correctly as "Train Smoke". On page 11 of the booklet, a second Credits page nearly identical to page 9, the Cover Illustration is incorrectly identified as "Dance on the Shore" (1900/02) by Edward Munch.
