This album was originally released in 1968 as The Trio Of Time after changing hands due to the contract dispute which brought in Bobby Jameson to re-record the album for Surrey Records under a different name Chris Lucey and different music/lyrics recorded. The Chris Lucey version can be found at Chris Lucey - Songs Of Protest And Anti Protest. While this album purports to be Chris Ducey's original recordings, this is false. The Trio of Time was a studio concoction seemingly helmed by Johnny Kitchen and the album is assumed to be yet another attempt at replacing Ducey's original.
