Issued in a generic die-cut sleeve stating "jacket made in Canada". Note that this has been bootlegged with "SS 001 A1" and "SS-001 B1" in the runout grooves and cold white labels, while the original issue is having labels that are yellowish, almost tan.

According to the matrix etchings, Flip side is A side, while This side is B side. Modified tracklist accordingly.
