Emanuela Berti

Emanuela Berti (born in August, 1969) is an Italian singer and songwriter from Florence, Tuscany, working both as a studio singer and solo singer.

She co-wrote several Italodance songs in the 1990s and is also believed to be the actual singer of several of these songs, as well as some other songs in the genre. More specifically, she provided vocals for the Randy Bush project (fronted by Patrizia Cavaliere) and other Nicolosi/Extrarecord productions, as well as for a couple of Carlo Gozzi’s productions.

Berti has since launched a career as a solo singer. However, after the release of her first solo album was canceled, she moved from Italy to New York, USA and took a break from singing. She returned in 2011 with her first released solo album, Into the Open, using the artist name Emy Berti. Since then she has released two more albums, namely The Change (2014) and Dreams in Reality (2017).
