Most people have seen the fold out sleeve version, which sold over 400 copies of the 500 pressed.
Raw Records then ran out of the sleeves. The band came forward with another sleeve and the balance of copies (probably between 20 and 30 copies) were issued in this version and therefore is extremely rare. It is a wrap around sleeve in a plastic cover.
