This compilation is simply the reissue of the first album "Tutto De Andrè" - originally printed in 1966, with a different cover and different label: Fabrizio De André - Tutto Fabrizio De André.

A symbol is etched on runout area, Side A. It consists of a capital letter E, turned, Ǝ and a F capital, with their backs directly touching: ƎF. The lower part of Ǝ is closed to form a rectangle.
