"This chant was recorded in Ganeshpuri during the Saptah that marked the first anniversary of Baba Muktananda's Mahasamadhi."

Technically Muktananda does not perform on this cassette as conventionally understood by Western values. "Mahasamadhi" refers to a Hindu and Yogic belief that one has consciously chosen to leave their physical body at their time of death (i.e., they have died and reached some sort of enlightenment).
