Track 1-10 is an arrangement by Holst of J.S. Bach's Fugue in G major, BWV 577.
Tracks 2-5 and 2-6 arranged for military band by a G. Smith during Holst's lifetime (from what I can find, a student of Holst's), but no way to tell which Smith to link to.
