"Limited edition colored vinyl record and Medium T-shirt collectible set".

Vinyl is an opaque marbled pale green, which co-ordinates with the sleeve text.

One piece high gloss box which opens as would a gatefold sleeve. To the left is a pocket containing the LP which is held in a die cut white paper inner with deeply curved corners. The LP pocket opens from the inside and there is a die cut thumb section.
To the right is a recess in the box which contains the printed t-shirt. The shirt has no back print. The shirt is held in place with a stiff PVC tray, which has a drill hole to ease removal.
The box has a magnetic closure mechanism.
There is a wide obi.
Copies may come with a size identification sticker for the shirt and/or a barcode sticker.
