Promo-only CDR announcing the Blue Potential 12" (AX-030), a project slated for release on August 1st, 2002, but never materialized. The AX-030 catalog number was later reinvented as the Every Dog Has Its Day Vol. 4 LP, and the name Blue Potential eventually used for his 2005 project with the Montpellier Philharmonic Orchestra.

Also included was a note to distributors, with release and contact information.
