It was originally intended to be on Plan 9 records as catalog number PL1007, but it was never released due to lack of funds. In 1981 Glenn Danzig released a Who Killed Marilyn? single with 'Spook City U.S.A.' on the B-side on Plan 9 records as PL1015.
