A predominantly solo electronic drone/noise project for prolific New Zealand sound artist Peter Wright, which he began in response to the death of Peter 'Sleazy' Christopherson in November 2010. In this guise Wright works anonymously, recording largely with laptop manipulated audio and 'found' or accidental sound sources, plus an array of electronic effects and processed rhythms. Live, NoNoNo usually takes the shape of a collaborative improvisation, featuring a revolving cast of musicians. Performances under the NoNoNo banner have included a Monotron drone duo, an improv-noise rock band, and a laptop DJ set.
