Nature released "NATURE 1st to LEAF : Girls (Eng.ver)" with the long-awaited English version of their song Girls as a gift to their fans in 2021. The single included the aforementioned songs and additional messages from the members in video form on a USB card stored in a tin case. The release also came with a set of 8 photocards, a set of 8 unreleased selfie photocards, an additional 2 random photocards (out of 8) and a photocard frame. This was a special limited release available for purchase between 2021.07.19 and 2021.08.01.
