A Naughty By Nature beat will bring the world to its feet! Billions of heads have bobbed to Naughty By Nature's pure beats. Naughty's songs have become Hip Hop anthems. "O.P.P." put Naughty on the map, and "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" proved that the group was not a novelty, but rather a new Hip Hop force to be reckoned with. "Uptown Anthem," originally produced for the "Juice" soundtrack, helped to solidify Naughty's core audience and further introduced their trademark sound to other audiences. After launching their platinum and a half debut album, touring the world, making numerous TV and film appearances, and being involved in several outside ventures (including their distinctive Naughty Gear), Naughty produced their second album, "19 Naughty III," which went platinum plus after only five weeks on the charts. Within days of its release, the lead single, "Hip Hop Hooray" was in heavy rotation at urban, crossover and mainstream radio stations, was seen on almost every video channel, and was spun at every club from Anchorage to South Beach. "Hip Hop Hooray" quickly went double platinum and became one of the biggest Hip Hop anthems in rap history. It was booming out of jeeps from 125th St to Crenshaw Boulevard and it was chanted at basketball, baseball and hockey games. "It's On," the second single from "19 Naughty II," with its funky Donald Byrd hom loop, classic MC'ing by Treach and Vinnie, and its catchy chorus, took off like a bullet. Waiting in the wings is "Written On Ya Kitten," where Naughty retums to a famillar topic-other people's kittens-over a cooled down beat. Naughty By Nature produces music that you want to listen to over and over again. The more you listen, the more you hear. With an average audience of 500 million per song, these are bonafide hits. Check the music, then check the numbers.
