Cumberland Mountain Folksongs Sung By Paul Clayton With Guitar And Dulcimer Accompaniment by Paul Clayton

Album Info

Release Date: 1957

Label: Folkways Records

There are errors pertaining to tracklist order and track naming on both the back and front of the record jacket.

The tracklist on the back of the record jacket reads:
The Hustling Gambler
Lord Bateman
Floyd Collins Mush Toodin
The House Carpenter
Suzan Baby
Spotty and Dudie
Kathy Fiscus
Pretty Polly and False William
Once I Courted a Pretty Little Girl
Walk, Tom Wilson, Walk
Cold Winters Night
Texas Rangers

The main errors to note include:
- "Kathy Fiscus" is listed incorrectly in the 7th instead of the 10th spot
- "Sugar Baby" has been listed incorrectly as "Suzan Baby"
- "Floyd Collins" and "Mush Toodin" have been listed incorrectly as one single track titled "Floyd Collins Mush Toodin", resulting in a 12-song tracklist when there are, in fact, 13 songs on the record itself

These errors carry over to the front of the record except the name of the track "Sugar Baby" is displayed correctly.
