This releases came with the original picture sleeve but wears the B-side-label originally prepared for the (UK-)release of the Hit Run Disco 45 "Down In Jamdown" by Bim Sherman on both sides, showing credits to the "Teem All Stars".

My guess is this was a pre release of some sort
