Album Info

Release Date: 1998-12-16

Label: Toshiba EMI

Queen Rocks, the video companion to the band's million selling album of the same name, is a real collector's treat, offering for the first time entirely new versions of many of Queen's classic video clips, together with previously unreleased material. None of these clips have previously been available on home video.
Brian May and Roger Taylor themselves appear talking about the making of the original album, and in a rare insight into Queen in the rehearsal studio, Brian, Roger and John Deacon are filmed during the making of the band's first single without Freddie Mercury, "No-One But You".
Containing 18 tracks, Queen Rocks spans the duration of the group's 25-year career and reconfirms that while to many Queen were one of the greatest pop bands of their time, they were also one of the hardest rocking. For the first time, the best of the Queen's rock tracks are now available on video.
Re-edited to include previously unseen live performance footage, unused studio rushes, and rare archive material, Queen Rocks is the ultimate rock video collection from one of the greatest rock bands of all time.
