Ryan Adams recorded some songs in 1999 with Jesse Malin, apparently because he was dissatisfied how things were running at the time. They called themselves Snow Kobra. I do not know any other musicians who are in it. They did a show live on July 22, 1999 (Mercury Lounge, New York) sounding like a punk/hardrock band.
