Includes an insert with lyrics and release credits, along with a business card-sized leaflet promoting the 相対性理論 presents『八角形』(Soutaiseiriron presents "Octagon") concert, to be held at the Nippon Budokan on July 22, 2016, with instructions to exchange it at the venue to receive an "Octagonal Something". The hype sticker on the sleeve advertises the inclusion of this leaflet and also features a quote from film director Kiyoshi Kurosawa.
