Second version of the single, issued in a folded, double-sided 7"x14" sleeve with generic stock-art labels.
Back sleeve says "Label key inside".
Pressed from the same masters as the sleeveless first pressing, which has conventional labels with titles and credits.

40+ years of confusion over the release sequence may have started with the then-authoritative second edition of "Volume" in 1982, which mentions only this version (with a 1981 release date). However, manager Jay Schwartz told Shotgun Solution in 2012, "The sleeveless pressing with black & yellow labels came out first, then the wordless labels with the fold-over picture sleeve. Some "promo" copies were also distributed later, meaning first label but with later sleeve - so college radio d.j.'s would know what song to announce."
