Initial pressing of 5000 copies with a novelty sleeve which has a die-cut shape around the head of the cowboy. A rotating inner cardboard disc allows you to change the head to any of the band members.

Phantom Records in Sydney sold the first 200 copies of this release in a limited "The Johnnys Phantom Saddlebag".
