After "Different Drum" became a hit, Mike Curb unearthed two recording sessions he produced back in 1966, "So Fine" b/w "Everybody Has His Own Ideas", and released them in 1968 as a 45 promo single on his label Sidewalk, which was a Capitol subsidiary. The single was released without the knowledge of parent label Capitol, who paid for the recording session. As a result, Capitol executives were furious, and immediately pulled the single from the market. This 45 is considered Linda Ronstadt's "holy grail" and her rarest collector's item.
