Budget LP of popular cover songs issued in 1966. This one has several covers of tunes by Herman's hermits and Sam The Sham & the Pharaohs. This release was designed to cash in on the popularity of current hit songs by making the consumer think they were the original hit recordings. The recordings were made in a studio owned by the parent company (Spar Records) and used unnamed studio musicians.The parent company of this label, Spar Recording Studio, also released several similar 'Cash In' records on the Sterling Records label.
