The history text in the booklet of this edition of the release is incomplete, the last three paragraphs are missing. Instead the first half of the entire text was repeatedly printed being differently formatted on the following page in the booklet which was intended for the second part.

Originally came in a green-coloured box. The box is is the same as that of the 3CD version, with a holder for the 3rd disc.
