600 copies in a hand-printed double DVD case with 2 art-cards and a 16 page pictorial booklet in a slipcase. Custom obi strip has UPC. Several cover imprints exist featuring different text motifs, spine listings, and inner cards in various colors. This edition was designed so that each copy is unique.

All audio cassette masters and visual contents collected and arranged in Knoxville, TN & Atlanta, GA, 1991-2009.
Mastered in Atlanta, GA, May 1998.

1-6 produced from 1988 recordings.
