A&M Octone Records

A&M/Octone Records was a New York-based record label, which operated through the Universal Music Group. The label represents a merger of Universal Music's A&M Records label with Octone.

Headquartered in New York City, A&M/Octone Records was home to Maroon 5, Flyleaf and Hollywood Undead.

In 2013, it was announced that Interscope Geffen A&M would fully acquire the A&M Octone label, which was completed in mid-2014, all of its artists were transferred to Interscope/Geffen's roster, including most notably Maroon 5.
