Unit.R
Founded in November 2002 by Justin de Nobrega and Goran Manojlovic, unit.r recordings was a Capetonian label that was "focused on quality IDM and electronica", "specialising in broken electronics, force-fed beats and heavy processing".
One EP (Seven Ark vs. Enzo - The Cantor Set EP), one album (Seven Ark - Control and Abuse) and two compilations later, unit.r's name ceased to exist as a label in 2004.
Footnote: The name did live on for a while in the form of a four-piece electro/rock band started up by Justin and Goran in 2006, joined by their respective brothers.
