Vital Records
Audiophile label (often stylised as ViTaL) launched by David Manley in ca. 1989 as a showcase for his Vacuum Tube Logic of America, Inc. high-end equipment manufacturing company.
In 1992 Vital Records rebranded itself as VTL ("VTL The Vital Sound"), operating separate from its parent company by 1993. However, in 1994 Manley sold the label (masters, equipment) to Italian Giulio Cesare Ricci (who runs the audiophile Fonè label).
