Very similar to this 1997 edition. This one have CD pressed by DADC and not BOD.
Comes in a printed gatefold card slipcase which seems to be the same included in the other 1997 edition.
Both editions have the same CD design but this pressing includes a small "EFA50113" printed on the bottom side of CD.
Re-released in 2006 with different packaging and CD design.
