The release is mainly a compilation of older songs with lyrics written by Lefteris Papadopoulos and published by the record company "Lyra" in former decades. One song is new, recorded for this release: "Το τραγούδι της Υακίνθης" (track A1).

The selection of the songs for this compilation was made by Papadopoulos himself. ("Την επιλογή έκανε ο ίδιος ο δημιουργός.")

As mentioned in the note on the back cover, Υακίνθη (Yakinthi) is the (at that time) 10 years old daughter of Lefteris Papadopoulos. ("Όσο για την Υακίνθη, είναι η δεκάχρονη κόρη του [Λευτέρη Παπαδόπουλου].")
