CD Release has a different title than original LP issued 1991.
Presumably the reason is the huge success of the song "Για τα μάτια του κόσμου" on the LP which had the title "Είναι σε δίλημμα". It seems that because of this success the company decided that the reissue as CD got the title of the big hit.
