These sides date from 1936 but the ministry naming "Совете министров СССР" implies a date between 1946 and 1951 (when the ГОСТ standards started to be printed on labels) for this issue.The record sounds as if 78rpm is somewhat too fast to be correct - roughly 70 rpm sounds more natural.
