"Lorraine" was the entry from Bulgaria for the Eurovision Song Contest 2005.

This was one of the many different variant promo CD-Rs sent out by Bulgarian TV in advance of the contest in Kiev to fans who asked for a copy of the song before the contest itself. Of particular note in this version is that the band's name on the disc label is written in Bulgarian (Cyrillic) instead of Latin script.
