The title of this release (人間椅子傑作選～二十周年記念ベスト盤～, "Utsushi wa Yume ~ Nijuu Shuunen Kinen Best Album"), means "The Present World is a Dream ~25th Anniversary Commemoration Best-Of Album".

Tracks 10-13 on Disc 2 are new songs.
