But they loved the earth. The soil. The cultivation of plants.
They decide to grow their own garden of flowers.
Now they reminisce about the days of old, when they were the ones to harvest their own crops.
They observe the petals of flowers reflecting the silvery light of the moon.
They water their gardens, as the farming machines harvest the land around them.
The land that used to be theirs.
