Tracks 1.2 to 1.12 was recorded at ライジングサンロックフェスティバル in 石狩市, 北海道 on 16 August 2008.
Track 1.13 is footage of 峯田和伸 riding a motorcycle, set to 「あたたかいギターは夜を冷やす」 by 銀杏BOYZと壊れたバイブレーターズ.
Tracks 1.14 to 1.21 was recorded at Club Sonic in いわき, 福島 on 20 September 2015. The performance was a solo acoustic set by 峯田和伸.
Track 1.22 is footage of 峯田和伸 taking a shower.
Tracks 2.1 to 2.25 was recorded at the fourth and last date of 銀杏BOYZ's 「スメルズ・ライク・ア・ヴァージン・ツアー」 ("Smells Like a Virgin Tour") at Club Change Wave in 盛岡, 岩手 on 7 July 2011. It was the final live performance of the original 銀杏BOYZ lineup. Track 2.23 was performed acoustic by 峯田和伸.
Track 2.27 was recorded at 中野セントラルパーク in 中野, 東京 in 2015. 「イラマテオ」 was an old title for the song 「二回戦」 from 銀杏BOYZ's 2017 single 「エンジェルベイビー 」. Track 2.27 was performed acoustic by 峯田和伸.
Track 2.28 is footage of 峯田和伸 on the toilet, set to a remix of 銀杏BOYZ's song 「東北新幹線はチヒロちゃんを乗せて」 by Eccy. The remix was later released officially on 銀杏BOYZ's 2017 compilation album 『ラストラーダ 』.

Tracks 1.14 and 2.5 are covers of the song 「17才」 by 森高千里.
Despite being billed as 「ノーカット」 (uncut), the Club Change Wave footage cuts between tracks 2.13 and 2.14, omitting the performance of the song 「惡魔ちゃん」 (though unconfirmed, 「惡魔ちゃん」 seems to be an old title for the song 「金輪際」 from 銀杏BOYZ's 2014 album 『光のなかに立っていてね』).
