"Kishi Bojin" is a concept album, which is why all tracks are prefaced with 'Kumikyoku "Kishi Bojin"'.
First press comes in a full slip cover and contains an extra booklet with additional photos, artwork, and story.
Bassist and chief songwriter Matatabi has written a companion book as well that is available separately.

The album title "Kishi Bojin" is so named after a Japanese goddess who answered women's prayers to have children.
