There are two different version of the CD, with otherwise identical cover and content:
- A shiny black version with a cross printed below the band name and title (CD matrix: LMR-001 / AE709A / IFPI L711)
- A matte black version without the cross (CD matrix: LMR-001 / AB212A / IFPI 1E04)

The title of track#5 is written as "親愛なる DEATHMASK" on the cover and "親愛なるDEATH MASK" on the CD surface.
